The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated on a main boulevard and close to the shopping area of Serrano. it was only two metro stops away from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The staff at the hotel were attentive, courteous, and always prompt in providing assistance or seeing to any needs. the breakfast provided was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Great location, beautiful antique furniture, easy access to hop on hop off bus stops, automatic membership to business floor facilities including breakfast, excellent dining in the garden court.

This hotel exceeded our luxurious expectations. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and spa center. the service was impeccable, and the staff always went above and beyond. the private facilities were exceptional, and the leisure/TV room was welcoming. the breakfast buffet was top-notch, and the bar/lounge area was cozy and elegant. The location advantages were remarkable, being close to all major attractions yet very quiet. Cons: We only noticed one minor issue during our stay, which was the garden area. It was not as well-maintained as the rest of the hotel, but it did not impact our overall experience.
